• FS points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts

5. Mini-Game Rules

When participating in our Fishing Skills Test mini-game, you agree to:

• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit game mechanics

21.1 Nature of FS Points

FS Points are:

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Subject to modification or reset at our discretion
• Not considered property or assets

21.2 FS Points Earning

FS Points may be earned through:

• Successful participation in Fishing Skills Test mini-game
• Completing challenges and achievements
• Regular participation and engagement

21.3 FS Points Deduction

FS Points may be deducted for:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Cheating, exploiting, or manipulating game mechanics
• Fraudulent activities
• Account suspension or termination

21.4 FS Points Reset

We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove FS Points at any time, including but not limited to system updates, maintenance, or policy changes.

22. Dispute Resolution

22.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification.

22.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

22.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, pandemics, government actions, or failures of internet or telecommunications services.
